Job summary
Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly and energetic Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers in our Georgia stores. You'll guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, using product knowledge learned through Sally Beauty’s training.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of retail/customer service experience, be at least 18, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Able to meet scheduling needs and communicate clearly.
- Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
- Read and explain product labels; follow manager directions.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of promotions and events.
- Set up displays and highlight sales/promotions.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values.
