Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Lawrenceville, GA to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care or nails, build relationships, and guide customers through their beauty journey with product knowledge. You will learn Sally Beauty culture and support promotions, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and handle transactions while maintaining a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
