Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers across hair, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will be the advisor on the customer’s journey, supported by comprehensive product knowledge training.

You will build relationships, promote complementary products, and enroll customers in the Loyalty program while ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming store environment. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
