Job summary

Sephora in St. George, UT is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a dynamic team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals. You will coach, train, and empower staff while maintaining store standards during peak retail periods.

Responsibilities include coaching for growth, inventory support, and fostering an inclusive environment that aligns with Sephora’s brand initiatives. This full-time, hourly role requires availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth Contribute to the ongoing success of your team by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and developSupport onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily operations Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
