Job summary

Sephora at TX-Moore Plaza in Corpus Christi is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a team, elevate client experiences, and exceed goals. You will coach with a client-first mindset, share product knowledge, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive store environment.

In this full-time role, you’ll lead by example, manage daily operations, and support onboarding, training, and brand initiatives while maintaining Sephora standards and a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills with excellent communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth and provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop, onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations, assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
