Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Lowell, MA location. You will drive excellent customer service, recruit and develop staff, and execute store plans to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage weekends. A Cosmetology license is a plus, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered.
