SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks a Store Manager in Manhattan, KS to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, uphold the company vision, and ensure a superior customer experience in a fast-paced salon supply environment.

You will manage store performance, analyze sales trends, and foster a culture of integrity and teamwork while working regular weekend shifts.

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store during shift.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Salary Range: From: $25.90 - To: $28.80
