Job summary

SalonCentric, a SalonCentric subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is hiring a full-time Store Manager in a fast-paced hair and beauty retail environment. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service while applying company vision and goals.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage weekend schedules, utilize POS/SAP, and uphold store standards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, employee discount, and ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and HS diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship.
