Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, drive top-line sales, and build a high-performing team across all store functions.

You will oversee performance, people, and process, ensuring policy compliance and delivering an exceptional guest experience through coaching and robust store operations.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5+ years of retail leadership, strong financial, merchandising, and communication skills; travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, and leading others.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed Ulta Beauty’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling, maximize productivity, and meet payroll goals.
• Address issues identified by financial and operational reporting to achieve store goals.
• Lead all aspects of manager and associate development including training, feedback, performance reviews, and succession planning.
