Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Oversee scheduling with payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet goals.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead customer engagement through makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
