Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining stock levels, cleanliness, and efficient store operations. You will support the Merchandise and Operations Managers and focus on performance, people, and processes to meet store goals.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and flexible scheduling to cover early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology and able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; complete tasks as assigned.
• Support Merchandise and Operations Managers with performance and process improvements.
