Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience across all departments.

The role collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, supports compliance with store procedures, executes merchandise resets, counts inventory, and ensures products are available and faced. A flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment per best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished and faced, ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness in salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
