Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean, guest-ready environment.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focus on performance metrics, guest interaction, and adherence to procedures to drive sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
