Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive top-line sales and manage staffing, inventory and merchandising. This role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and a customer-centric, high-performance team environment.

The MM reports to the Operations Manager and oversees daily duties from shipments to price changes, with a focus on operational excellence and guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Ability to monitor inventory and execute merchandising directives.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales and payroll.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule store staffing in line with forecast and payroll budgets.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Operate omni-channel, shipments, replenishment, markdowns, and pricing changes.
• Conduct makeup demonstrations and guest service.
