Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver great guest experiences. The role emphasizes stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and following procedures to ensure performance metrics are met.

The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to execute tasks and comply with standards. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and dress code and use store technology to complete merchandising and inventory tasks.
