Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, maintain stock, and uphold cleanliness to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance and process standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
