Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role focuses on keeping merchandise stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks with accuracy and pace.

You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through attendance, teamwork, and adherence to company standards, including loss prevention and proper dress code; flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices); ability to work independently and as part of a team; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and renewal processes, inventory counts, and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
