Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences.

You will ensure merchandise is stocked, the store stays clean, and tasks are completed accurately to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work alone or as part of a team, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain overall store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Process shipments and ensure testers are available and the selling floor is faced and signed.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and dress code, and assist with loss prevention as needed.
