Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support operations and guest experience in the store. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet sales and operational goals.

The position requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, including flexible scheduling across mornings, days, and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and support daily store operations.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices while delivering exceptional guest service.
