Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, processes, and compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a proactive approach to daily tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems; able to work independently and as part of a team; problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventories.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and support teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand education and sales performance.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and execute merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping area replenished, signed, and faced, with testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets via loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
