Job summary

Ulta Beauty in North Carolina is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will stock fixtures, keep the sales floor clean, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals.

This role requires attention to detail, flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work with a team and customer-obsessed mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and keep fixtures stocked and presentable.
• Process shipments, complete merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets through loss prevention practices.
