Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on stocking merchandise, keeping the store clean, and following procedures to meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities include assisting with shipments, replenishment, planograms, and inventory while maintaining attendance and following company policies. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operations, including shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipments using Ulta processes.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work areas replenished and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention best practices and guest service.
• Perform other operational tasks as directed.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
