Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and execute assigned tasks under supervision of the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, process adherence, and participation in ongoing training to boost sales performance. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
