Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to uphold exceptional store operations and guest experiences. You will ensure fixtures stay stocked, merchandise is replenished, and store cleanliness is maintained while supporting the Merchandis e Managers and Operations Manager in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a collaborative mindset. A high school diploma is preferred and some experience with POS systems or Apple devices is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and will consider relevant experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence by keeping fixtures stocked and merchandise available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboards, shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and reliability.
• Foster an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
