Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean selling environment. You will help the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager hit daily retail goals, while ensuring accurate replenishment, inventory procedures, and adherence to store policies and standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), 1 year of related experience, and comfort with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support the merchandising and operations teams to drive sales performance.
