Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking fixtures, keeping the store clean, and following established procedures to meet performance metrics and compliance standards.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and adherence to company policies. A high school diploma is preferred and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
