Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring product is available for purchase and tasks are completed as planned.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with inventory counts, replenishment, and merchandising displays.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor, restrooms, and backroom areas; protect store assets through loss prevention practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service, answer questions, and help guests find products.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty technology and standards.
