Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist with merchandise resets and inventory procedures.

The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on performance, people, and process to deliver an exceptional guest experience. A flexible schedule and adherence to policies are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and best practices.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty technology.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets with loss prevention practices and provide guest service.
