Palm Beach Tan - Ashley Lynn's, Inc. is seeking outgoing, energetic tanning consultants to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to hit sales goals, able to stand for long periods, and thrive in a team-oriented setting with staff training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day).
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
