Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store (including the salon) in Minnesota. You will drive top‑line sales, manage payroll, and control expenses while building a high‑performing team and ensuring seamless operations and guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and coach managers and associates, uphold Ulta Beauty standards, and lead in areas of service, merchandising, and compliance. Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of fast‑paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent and lead others through change.

Responsabilidades

• Promote accountability to meet retail goals, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and shrink targets.
• Lead talent acquisition, training, and development for store teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, proper scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Drive store profitability through operational excellence and sales growth.
• Coach teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and product demos.
