Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support the store leader and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead a committed team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure outstanding service and store presentation.

This on-site, full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and the L’Oréal USA family. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent basis is required.
