Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You're expected to help recruit and train staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. A 1–2 year track record in retail leadership and strong communication are preferred; cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship.
