SalonCentric in Utah is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service along with written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a computerized point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred
• Weekend availability as required
• 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for scheduled shifts
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in developing high-performing teams that exceed customer expectations; recruit great talent and provide knowledge and tools for success; treat all team members with respect and dignity
• Collaborate with the store manager to establish and communicate a clear vision; champion company goals and motivate the team
• Support sales and profitability by identifying opportunities, addressing them quickly, and analyzing sales trends
• Motivate the team and foster open communication; contribute creative ideas and a can-do attitude
• Help create a positive, enthusiastic working culture and lead by example
• Show integrity in words and actions, build trust, and be respected by the team
