Job summary

SalonCentric in Utah seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales. You will partner with the store manager to set goals, mentor staff, and ensure smooth operations daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively.
• Experience with POS systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and lift up to 20 lbs.
