You will support the store manager with staff development, merchandise presentation, and sales initiatives, while ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for every guest. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends per availability guidelines.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship offered.
