Job summary

Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists, and ensure daily operations align with Windsor’s standards and Visual Guidelines.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will recruit, onboard and develop talent, organize the schedule, and deliver an exceptional Oasis experience—omni-channel, engaging customers, and building brand loyalty through excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to onboard and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and manage store productivity including payroll and expenses.
• Lead and coach a team of up to 25 Stylists.
• Execute daily store operations and visual merchandising.
• Recruit and onboard talent; build a strong talent pool.
