Responsibilities

• Hires, develops and leads store associates to deliver optimal customer experiences.
• Oversees store operations and maintains brand standards.
• Develops strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and planning.
• Supports store leadership in all areas when Store Manager is absent.
• Manages inventory, scheduling, and payroll to align with business needs.
