Job summary

CosmoProf store in Clovis, CA, part of Sally Beauty, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver EPIC customer experiences in hair and beauty. You’ll drive sales, manage operations, and coach staff to grow professionally.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership, at least 3 years in customer service, 1 year in sales management, and a passion for hair and beauty. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting/exceeding sales goals, budget control, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.
