Job summary

Dolce Glow is seeking a Product Development Manager in the Los Angeles area to lead end-to-end product creation, from concept to launch, with hybrid on-site and remote collaboration.

You will coordinate R&D with external partners, analyze markets, and ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and consumer expectations while working with marketing, sales, operations and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in beauty product development.
• Experience translating product vision into launches.
• Strong project-management with timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept ideation, validation, formulation, testing, packaging, and launch.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to develop timelines and budgets.
• Manage labs, manufacturers, briefs, submissions, testing, revisions and approvals.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback for enhancements.
• Maintain product specs, development docs and launch records.
