Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development, NPD, or lifecycle management within beauty or consumer packaged goods.
• Proven track record of supporting or leading product launches from concept through commercialization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end NPD lifecycle: concept ideation, feasibility, testing, development, validation, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Support product lifecycle planning, ensuring overall product portfolio health.
• Develop and maintain BOMs, packaging, and product documentation.
