24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced PR Manager to lead a bold portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands in a hybrid Los Angeles setting. You will drive PR strategy, build media and creator relationships, and manage campaigns for multiple clients.

The role requires strong experience in traditional PR and influencer marketing, with a track record of securing coverage and crafting creative programming.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in PR, influencer marketing, or communications, preferably in an agency.
• Experience with beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Strong media and influencer relationships; proven campaign results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
• Build/editor relationships with editors, journalists, creators, and tastemakers.
• Identify opportunities for earned media, events, and brand activations.
• Create press materials: pitches, releases, messaging, FAQs, media kits.
• Secure media placements across print, digital, broadcast, and social.
• Develop influencer programs, including paid and organic tactics.
• Manage influencer campaigns: outreach, contracts, timelines, deliverables.
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, reports, and client materials.
