Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of PR/Influencer Marketing experience in beauty or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns end-to-end and drive measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated PR programs including influencer marketing, earned media, and brand partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns: creator identification, briefing, timelines, contracts, content reviews, posting, and recaps.
• Support experiential marketing and influencer events, consumer activations, and retail experiences.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social, Paid Media, Creative, Digital, E-commerce, and Global teams for seamless storytelling.
• Build relationships with influencers, agents, vendors, and media to drive advocacy and partnerships.
• Manage communications with PR and influencer agencies for strategy and execution.
• Develop detailed project plans; manage multiple workstreams within budget and timelines.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies and demonstrate business impact.
• Identify emerging beauty trends to develop innovative, culturally relevant ideas.
