Job summary

Club Kuma in Santa Monica is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support production, sourcing, and logistics of packaging and turnkey beauty projects. This entry-level to junior role offers growth into a Project Manager as you collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Supply Chain.

You will coordinate with domestic and international vendors, help prepare timelines, and track samples and approvals.

Qualifications

1–2 years in project coordination or related admin role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Beauty/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day communication with domestic and international vendors.
Support Sales on new projects by gathering information and preparing docs.
Manage reorders and ongoing production tasks to keep timelines.
Prepare project documents: timelines, status updates, recaps, costing, quality reports.
Enter and maintain information in Netsuite, spreadsheets, and trackers.
Work with Supply Chain on shipping/logistics and required documents.
Assist with preparing samples and coordinating approvals.
Maintain organized file structures and documentation.
Identify delays or issues and flag them promptly.
