You will build product knowledge, present solutions in person, and coordinate promotions. A valid driver's license is required; company offers competitive bonuses and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales.
• Proficient with iPad, iPhone, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Hunter and consultative sales acumen required.
• Ability to build trust with clients in a consultative selling environment.
• Strong closing and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of beauty industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and open new accounts in the Chicago area.
• Grow revenue in existing accounts through consultative selling.
• Meet monthly sales and new business targets within territory.
• Develop productive client relationships and respond to needs promptly.
• Plan promotions, staff education, and salon events to grow accounts.

• Utilize systems and reports to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Deliver in-person sales presentations.
• Attend meetings, shows, and education events beyond regular hours.
