Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate in our Chicago store to build relationships, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will inform customers about promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
