• Proactively engages customers to determine needs and help them decide on purchases.
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate application techniques.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and cross-sell related products.
• Handle checkout, returns, exchanges and ticketing processes.
• Assist with beauty promotions and events and ensure department goals are met.
• Restock, merchandise and keep the selling floor clean and organized.
• Assist in onboarding and training of store associates on beauty procedures.
