Job summary

Skin Gym Inc. is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer strategy and creator partnerships across Skin Gym and PAINTLAB. You will own gifting, affiliate programs, and paid partnerships while managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

Collaborate with founders, marketing teams, and the influencer coordinator to optimize workflows and results. You will build robust creator relationships, vet and brief creators, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of influencer marketing experience (beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products preferred).
• Experience independently managing creator campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong creator relationship skills and negotiating with talent/agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer strategy and campaigns across Skin Gym and PAINTLAB.
• Develop monthly/quarterly influencer plans around launches and campaigns.
• Manage gifting, affiliate, ambassador, and paid partnerships within approved budgets.
