Job summary

Claire's seeks a Beauty Designer to craft trend-driven collections spanning accessories, lifestyle, and gifting anchored in beauty and hair. You’ll design products that are tactile, shareable, and experiential—from DIY formats to get-ready moments.

You will own design across categories, collaborate with Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, and Production to ensure storytelling, quality, and timely delivery, while tracking trends to keep products fresh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of design experience including full category ownership.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design across accessories, lifestyle, and gifting anchored in beauty and hair.
• Create beauty and hair‑led experiences, from styling kits to interactive formats.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, Planning and Production to align on margins, volumes, and timelines.
• Stay ahead of trends in beauty, hair, accessories, and play, monitoring social platforms for emerging formats.
