Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Augusta, GA is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. The TA will stock fixtures, assist with replenishment, and help maintain cleanliness and order throughout the store.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of related work experience, with comfort using POS systems and Apple devices. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training (brand and category education) to enable growth and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and operating procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
