Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandise is available for guests. The TA collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance goals and follow procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and use basic technology like POS systems and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes (shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and keep store standards and cleanliness.
